Services and Programs

Initial Consultations & Individual Appointments: Due to the preparation and time reserved exclusively for you, payments for completed appointments are non-refundable.

Care Packages & Programs: Refunds are not provided once services have begun. If you have prepaid for sessions within a package and choose to discontinue before completion, the remaining value may be applied as a credit toward future services within 6 months.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.

Digital Products and Downloads
All sales of digital products, e-books, guides, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access granted upon purchase.
