BEM Wellness LLC (“BEM Wellness”) and its team members, including Dr. Bronwyn Morris, are not licensed physicians, psychologists, or conventional medical practitioners unless otherwise expressly stated. Dr. Morris is a licensed chiropractor and a functional health provider trained in Neuro Emotional Technique (“NET”), specializing in neuroimmune conditions, gut health, and emotional well-being.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Morris provides services within the scope of chiropractic care, which may include assessment and support of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractic care is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, advice, or treatment. The services provided by Dr. Morris and BEM Wellness are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor should they be considered a replacement for care by licensed physicians, psychologists, or other qualified healthcare professionals. management and care coordination;
(b) competency assurance activities;

(d) insurance functions;
(e) business planning, development, management, and administration; and
(f) business management and general administrative activities of the entity.
(3) Uses and disclosures with the opportunity to agree or object: Informal permission may be given by asking an individual outright or in situations that give the individual the opportunity to agree, consent, or object. In the case of an individual being incapacitated, we may make such disclosures if doing so is in the exercise of our best professional judgment and the disclosure is determined to be in the best interests of the individual.
